Showcase 22 CGC 9.0 cream/off-white pages on Heritage for $59750 in November 2009 which is almost quadruple for what it had sold for in 2006.

DUDE!!! :o I didn't know it when for that much money.

 

It's amazing...and what's more amazing is the New Mutants 98 9.9 was too.
