I guess I'm not the only one with an itchy trigger finger.

 

I'm just bummed that I missed that Cerebus #1 with a $250 BIN last week.

I had about 30 minutes to think about it before someone pulled the trigger.

If I'd known more about the book, I would have done it.

I missed out on a heck of a deal with that one, I think.

If it had been TMNT #1, it would have been popped without a second thought.

 

It came back as a Restored 6.0. I sold it over the weekend for $400.

I just bought an ASM 294 of this dealer, supposed to be a 10.0 MINT condish. more like an 8.5. Only paid a couple of bucks for it, but overall not very satisfied!

I would never trust a dealer who says his book is a 10. I don't feel comfortable grading above a 9.4 (MAYBE 9.6) on raw issues because it's a crapshoot.

When I bet on something that is supposed to be a 10.0 Mint, I hope to get a possible 9.8 out of it. This was a far cry from a 9.4 though. I would never expect to get a 10.0 even if I picked it out myself. 9.9 and 10.0 are beyond me!!!!!
