Let's play "Spot the Anatomical Failure" :applause:

 

Bottom right hand - thumb and fingers look reversed.

Bottom left arm...as well developed as it is, with that shoulder muscle growing out of the armpit...impossible

The hair does not match any known L'Oreal hair colour chart.

Everything else appears to be real!

 

 

:gossip: Upper left arm must have another join between the elbow and the shoulder given the angle the arm is coming out and where the shoulder is located.

 

and bottom left arm is teeny tiny t-rex sized compared to the other one.
