Bought this years ago as a NM- from Motor City - and was a bit surprised at the CGC grade. The front cover does indeed look to be a 9.2, but there are a number of small stress lines along the back cover spine and a small crease at the top left back cover that bring the grade down. The cover has a slightly translucent quality.

 

Still the second highest graded copy. Price is $220 shipped and insured.
