The JIM #84 has two small pieces of tape near the top staple on the inside cover. I also unbent the staples to lift the pages. I used scotch acid-free scrapbooking tape. It looks and feels like celophane tape. Is this a plod or blue label w/tape note? I don't know and if you wish to discuss it please do so in the following link:
