There are only 4 fish to face covers out there. This one, a Terry Toons and 2 others. Funny thread dedicated to this a while back.

There are a few more than that - this one and the Criminals on the Run are a couple of the harder ones - I don't have a scan of my Criminals on the Run, but it is a great cover. Paul Terry's Comics #122 is kind of tough too. Four Most volume 1 # 4 is easy, Dennis the Menace #42 is easy, Scooter #18 easy. I've found a few more, and I'm sure there are more out there.
