What are CGC posts in the holder?

Hello guys, I recently had a buyer trying to tell me that a post was missing on a CGC book that I sold them. The posts are the 4 circular things in the corners, correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is the book in question, the buyer is trying to tell me that one of the internal post is missing.

The outer case is sealed using four posts, one in each corner. Sometimes these can break in transit and become loose within the case. CGC will replace the entire casing if the comic is to be submitted for our ReHolder service ($11 plus return shipping).
