Will Ultimates #1, New Series, Beat Ultimates #13, Old, To The LCS

Noticed the new Ultimates #1, due out in April, in Marvel Previews this month and wondered whatever happened to #13 of the first series. Did I miss something or is this another classic from the "House of Ideas" where one issue #13 can be the ending for both series and you just read the one issue #13 twice when it comes out?
