I've seen worse 8.5's

 

That is one of the absolute toughest SA Avengers books to find in good condition. That is a beautiful copy.

 

It's really a 7.0 in hand. The lower left corner is crunched, causing two raised impressions on the front cover, and the crunch lines go through the entire book. A pretty 7.0, but not a higher grade one (unless David chooses to have the comic squished).

 

At least a 9.0 without that defect.
