Check out how comic key prices have jumped Overstreet values from '71

I've spent many years trying to complete a full run of the Oversteets from '71 to 2010. I'm short just one Overstreet 2, and managed to get a copy of the first Oversteet. My goal then was to check the value of many of the keys and see just how much they really have grown in value and determine when the hyper jumps in value really happened. So I'll start by posting a few of the big swingers.

Thats the thing though, those books have jumped, The majority of books bought from 1980 and up won`t jump like that ever, here is the myth, people see the books you reported going up in great numbers so they then think that the Marvel/DC number 1`s that they bought at the lcs will go up in value like that also.

Most people have missed the boat on major keys will never profit with the books they buy now.

Totally agree books from late '80 and on will never reach these milestones. The bigger mystery was when did certain books get out of control. Here are a couple that really always were a mystery to me
