Desert Wind Comics was one of the sponsors of the Stan Lee Tribute Event that took place in Las Vegas, Nevada in May of 2010. Todd McFarlane made a personal appearance as a Key Note speaker and also participated in the charity signing with DWC. During that time Todd was gracious enough to do a few sketchs for charity as well. The charity was for the Stan Lee Foundation which supports children literacy programs.
