It's weird b/c his shill bid accounts stay NARU, but not his seller accounts. His ebay contact info is an exact match tooooo!!!! Damn ebay.

Possibly but I don't know see why since it is a measly couple of dollars from a guy who doesn't sell much.

 

I remember this one seller in Walnut, California had like 2000 feedback and was later NARU because he had like 50 negs. A few months later I noticed that a different ID (1500 feedback) with the same products was selling on ebay so I went ahead and emailed ebay and told them that this guy is the same guy. The next day that ID was NARU. This guy must have done something because he would list on average atleast 50 items per week. I'm surprised ebay didn't just let him slide since they were making a killing off of him every week. He's back under the id "stuffs_for_sale" and I just reported him tonight. Hopefully he is booted again.
