Brian beat me at arm wrestling at Long Beach, so therefore he is uber cool in my book!

He'll make it worthwhile to actually visit the Motor City booth again, as the other workers are blah.

 

Graham Crackers was using Brian the wrong way by making him run around buying books to fill in want lists when Brian's best attributes is his ability to deal with customers and selling books.

I remeber when those Turtle Mania books were printed, I believe most if not all of the silver ones had the spine split. One of the small local cons in S. Fl.

Went to the Motor City Booth, met Brian, learned how to pronounce his last name, and had a great chat with him for 15-20 minutes about the Turtles. We both agree that they are, by far, the most important creation of the 1980's.

 

It was also nice to meet someone else who kept the faith during the mid to late 1990's, when everyone else pretty much ignored the Turtles.
