In case y'all aren't aware, Superman 106 is considered one of the three hardest-to-find issues of the entire run, along with # 101 and 102.

For sure just check out the cgc census. This is the lowest grade copy on there but there is only a handful more. That leads me to believe that it is a scarce issue, not many worth grading or both. Thanks for the plug!
