What do you think about comic book stores who purposely overbook on varaints?

While I think they are in the right for charging for his other order I think they should refund him in full the $50 rather than store credit since they are the ones unable to fill the order

I think that would be a fair and equittable solution. (thumbs u

 

I don't think anybody can guarantee receipt of all the necessary variants, as it's somewhat out of the retailers' hands, so either they make it clear in rather large letters that this is the case, or they cease offering them.

 

Either way, the OP threw his toys out of his pram. doh!
