As you can see from the scan the cover was ripped at the top right and a little at the bottom right corner of the cover. All the pages are intact, but this is a very poor copy.

Book has tape all along the spine and some on the back cover

 

Who ever owned this book took it upon themselves to restore the book themselves by adding there own colored in pieces to make the front cover whole again.

 

(I loved how they added the issue # and date)

 

Maybe it was Matt Nelson as a 5 year old.
