Well, I don't really have the bank to move in these sorts of high level circles, so I'm mighty glad that he was democratic enough to offer this fine book in a forum where everybody had a fair shot at it.

 

This is really the kind of book you'd expect to sell privately to a collector or at the very least have a huge publicity runup before going to Heritage.

Exactly - some type of Twitter announcement would have been what his legion of raving fans wanted (and deserved).

Way too high. And, I think the book has been trimmed
