I just e-mailed the seller...i usually don;t complain but this book wasn't cheap.

I was only at about a 6.5 till I got to the back. Too many spine breaks and top cover knicks for me to see a 8.0+

I usually don't buy raws off of Feebay and this is the reason why....you are 100% correct.

 

What is the fair value of this comic? at a 5.0-5.5?

There's a HUGE difference between a 5.5 and a VF/NM(9.0) in OSPG. Like $25 vs $113 difference!

I was just going by OSPG, which lists it at $113. True market value may very well be $150.

He wants me to return the book so he can check the book then give me a refund.

Does this seem fair? I have never had to return something on ebay. Is it better if I ask for half the refund upfront before I return the comic?
