It's in the CBLDF Presents: Liberty Annual 2012 I wonder if that was written specifically for the show I believe it was. The release of the CBLDF 2012 Annual was the week right before or after his appearance on the TV show. There were three covers for the book and I think all of them sold out in stores. There is a second print coming at some point if it hasn't already. Midtown still has 2 of the 3 in stock. I'll just wait till they release a Governor special edition like they did with the Michonne playboy story. Cool. I think the Giarrusso baby Spawn variant is the one that sold out a lot of places.
