This book is DEFINITELY a 9.2/9.4. The tape stain on the back cover near top edge kept the grade down as CGC hammers books for this.

I think they are starting to note hidden defects on the label.

I had a similar book I submitted that stated centerfold detached at staples.

I like this approach, makes sense. On the old labels they would list the obvious, that did not make sense.

I actually think because they note it on the INSIDE cover which you obviously can't see.
