Great issue, I probably wouldn't be willing to offer enough for it since its out of the range of what I collect. Is it #1?

Yes, that was George Jungle #1 file copy. Part of a short 2 issues series. Easy to collect. Think I have a Fox & Crow #1 raw vf, not 9.0.
