Quite a deal on that Canadian issue. The book is more important that the marvel annuals but it just hasn't had the hype. People don't realize how rare it is and that it came out at the same time as the US version. The variant cover only makes it more interesting to me. Buyer probably got in under the wire on that one.

In Pep 22, the Archie story line begins describing his preference for going by the name "Chick." Does this ever come up again? I have not seen other stories where he is called Chick.

I think it's finally getting to the price that people who have been holding on to copies are willing to sell.

 

This book should have been way up there a long time ago.
