Here is my balanced team-

 

Captain America-Leader/Strategist

Iron Man-Technology/Intelligence

Thor-Raw Power/Strength

Vision-Andriod/Intangibility

Scarlet Witch-Magic/Unpredictible Power

Photon or Quasar-Speed/Light Powers/

Hank Pym-Size Powers/Scient

Mantis-Martial Arts/Disciplined

Moondragon or Dr. Druid-Mental Powers

 

There is one big flaw in the team you posted above.
