Not to mention that the first cover is a pretty sorry 9.0, as Darth pointed out.

 

CGC is amazingly forgiving of foxing. Like date marks and some QP flaws, it's one of those things that somebody once decided was not a "technical" problem. Once the market overcomes its inane prejudice against conservation, covers like this should be cleaned and the foxing - which is just the residue of dead mold spores, not something inherent in the paper - washed out.
