Journey Into Mystery #112, somewhere between a 1.5 - 2.0, $25. It was impaled, the puncture goes through the entire book. But it, uh, just adds to the lived-in quality! Hulks' pants really look ripped in this version! Despite this, it's complete and readable and otherwise would make a decent VG.

 

So is the hole go thru the Hulk's head???
