LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK & SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION PRESENTS TANYA ROBERTS (CHARLIE'S ANGELS) AND KEVIN SORBO (HERCULES:

THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS) ON SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2010

 

TANYA ROBERTS and KEVIN SORBO are the featured Guests at the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION being held on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2010. This is the first DECEMBER show for the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION in four years, and a great time to shop for those special gifts for the holidays, or just to pick up a great deal!

 

TANYA ROBERTS gained worldwide popularity with the hit Television Series CHARLIE'S ANGELS when she was cast as Julie Rogers for the fifth season of the series, co-starring with Jacklyn Smith and Cheryl Ladd. Following the series, TANYA starred in the cult movies THE BEASTMASTER (as Kiri), SHEENA: QUEEN OF THE JUNGLE (as Sheena), and co-starred with Roger Moore in the James Bond 007 Movie A VIEW TO A KILL (as Stacey Sutton and Roger Moore as James Bond). TANYA was also featured in a pictorial in the October 1982 issue of PLAYBOY to promote THE BEASTMASTER. Since then TANYA has done several Movie and Television series, and during 1998 TANYA went on to star in the very popular Television series THAT '70s SHOW as Midge Pinciotti. TANYA ROBERTS is making a Special Appearance from 12:00 P.M.-3:00 P.M. to sign autographs and meet fans.

 

KEVIN SORBO starred in the popular Television series HERCULES: THE LEGENDARY JOURNEYS and GENE RODDENBERRY'S ANDROMEDA, and Movies such as KULL THE CONQUEROR and MEET THE SPARTANS. KEVIN currently has a number of Movies soon to be released such as JULIA X, THE COFFIN, FLESH WOUNDS, TALES OF AN ANCIENT EMPIRE, and PARADOX. KEVIN will be signing autographs and meeting fans from 11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.

 

One of the Best Dealers Rooms on the West Coast will feature a nice selection of Comic Books, Toys, Action Figures, Movie Memorabilia, Trading Cards, DVDs, and many other Collectables in different price ranges to fit everyone's budget. The Dealers Room is much better than some shows that charge $20.00 admission, and many new Dealers are attending the show. The LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION will be held at the Shrine Auditorium Expo Center, 700 West 32nd Street, across the street from USC College. Show Hours are 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Admission is only $8.00, five years and under are free. Early Admission is also available at $12.00 and begins at 9:10 A.M.
