I was walking around outside barefoot in a t-shirt and shorts Christmas day. Nice, but

I do miss the Christmas snow of my youth.

We got crushed starting the day after Christmas. Close to 2 feet. The Mayor had the snowplows, etc. working full time in Manhattan, but most of Brooklyn was ignored. It was like an apocolypse movie in some places here with hundreds of cars abandoned in the road. I JUST got back internet service and we got mail delivered for the first time this week. My son, however, loves it, even though it is a huge PITA for me.
