Bone: printed in Canada?

I have some early Bone issues (10-20), published by Cartoon Books, that say they were printed in Canada. Were all early Bone issues printed there, or are these different. Anyone seen these before?

I think they're all like that. I can't recall the name of the company at the moment, but Dave Sim had Cerebus printed by them for a long time and he mentored Smith for a bit before they had some kind of blowup, so he probably got him to send his business there.

I believe the company was Preney Print.
