LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION PRESENTS SHERRY JACKSON (STAR TREK, BATMAN) FIRST WEST COAST SIGNING ON SUNDAY, APRIL 17, 2011

 

Actress SHERRY JACKSON makes her First West Coast signing appearance at the LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION on SUNDAY, APRIL 17, 2011. SHERRY'S extensive list of credits include starring as the android Andrea in the classic first season 1966 STAR TREK episode "What Are Little Girls Made of," as The Riddler's henchwoman Pauline in a first season BATMAN episode "Death in Slow Motion"/"The Riddler's False Notion," as Effra in a first season LOST IN SPACE, and many other classic Television shows such as TWILIGHT ZONE, WILD, WILD WEST, INCREDIBLE HULK, FANTASY ISLAND, HAWAIIAN EYE, MAVERICK, RAWHIDE, THE RIFLEMAN, MAKE ROOM FOR DADDY (as a series regular) and as the title character BRENDA STARR, REPORTER in a television movie based on the Comic Strip. Sherry's also starred in cult movies GUNN, THE MINI-SKIRT MOB, WILD ON THE BEACH, and THE MONITORS. SHERRY will be signing from 12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M. and while there's a charge it includes a choice of photo.

 

PIN-UP ARTIST JIM SILKE will be signing his new art book JUNGLE GIRLS from 11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. If you like the Classic style of Pin-Up Art you'll also like JIM'S other books, BETTIE PAGE: QUEEN OF THE NILE, BETTIE PAGE RULES, and PIN-UP THE ILLEGITIMATE ART. MARVEL and DC COMIC ARTISTS DAN PANOSIAN (X-FACTOR FOREVER) and DAVE JOHNSON (Covers for DEADPOOL, CAPTAIN AMERICA, and 100 BULLETS) will be signing autographs and taking art commissions from 11:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. Artist MARK BEACHUM will be signing autographs all day at the HEROIC PUBLISHING table. MARK'S work has been featured in such HEROIC titles as THE SENSASTIONAL G-GIRL, FLARE, THE CHAMPIONS, and LIBERTY COMICS.

 

The LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION will have a great assortment of Dealers with Old and New Comic Books, Toys, Action Figures, DVDs, Movie Memorabilia, Trading Cards, and much more at prices to fit everyone's budget.
