I picked Batman 227 but could easily vote for bats 232 and 244(one of my personal favs)

Thats a contender, but not my favorite. Also 227 is a swipe of Tec 31. I really like the Talia covers, but feel his best work was probably in DC Horror. His Gothic backdrops on those covers were just amazing!

The Bob Hope covers are the best!

 

 

Just had a look at these on your recommendation. They're good!

 

Also, I really like the run of covers Adams did for Phantom Stranger - consistently strong designs, particularly from issue 10 onwards.

 

X-Men 58 is a book that means a lot to me, and the cover just happens to be a great design itself.

That's his best cover by a mile. The design elements alone make it so, but the delivery takes it into the realms of perfection.
