I heartily approve of (and envy) his focus on high grade '61 to '65 Marvels. I hope to have a signature line half as impressive, someday...

I like 8.0's as you can usually find copies of books in that grade that have good eye-appeal but yet are still somewhat affordable. There is no way I would have been able to afford to do my 1961-1965 project if I was trying to get the books in 9.2 or 9.4. (Not too mention there are a surprising number of books where there are less than 30 copies graded in 8.0 or above, and some like JIM 84 and TTA 35 only have about 15 copies in 8.0+)

 

Being focused has helped, although sometimes I have strayed (anyone want to buy a Tec 38 CGC 8.0).
