Young Romance #154? According to Overstreet it was done by Neal Adams. GCD has it listed as Giordano with this note: Art credit confirmed by Giordano on the webblog "DC Comics 40 Years Ago" on 17 April, 2008. He felt that Joe Orlando might have given him a layout to work from.

 

Did Adams perhaps do the layout? Any help reaching an answer would be greatly appreciated. (thumbs u
