I was always under the impression that Neal Adams did this cover..

Hey, well whadaya' know. That's my auction. I was also surprised to see that Frank Miller was given credit for the cover but since it is encapsulated obviously I could not check the interior credits. Did FM maybe do just the pencils or inking? If not then it is certainly an error on CGG's part. ------Sid

I think Mike P may have done the interiors..but not sure. You could have done like the one seller did with that FF that was CGC'ed with a wrong label...where he was like...RARE FANTASTIC FOUR CGC'ed WITH THE WRONG LABEL...THIS ISSUE IS NUMBER 19-SOMETHING, BUT THE LABEL SAYS 17-SOMETHING...

Can't remember the correct details.... thumbsup2.gif

CGC DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES!!!!! HOW CAN YOU EVEN SUGGEST SOMETHING LIKE THAT.... grin.gif

I agree, though. This has nothing to do with the archival quality of their holder. Since CGG has been a topic on here lately just thought I'd post something....

Hey, it's my auction. If anybody wants to hit the Buy It Now, or even wait until Sunday and win the thing, then I will ship it Priority for free to any US board member. ------Sid

Tempted Sid. Tempted. I'm on a Bronze age horror kick right now... 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

1978 actually, but who's counting? wink.gif

That's a bit of an oversight, though. Miller didn't have anything to do with comics until 1979, seven years later.
