Added guest – Rockheads Comics!

Rockheads was the creation of Eric Carr, the legendary KISS Drummer who was not only a gifted musician but an artist and animator as well. While a member of KISS Eric created his adorable animated characters called THE ROCKHEADS.

Companies such as HANNA BARBERA and LANDMARK ENT., shoved a strong interest in working with Eric and friend GENE SIMMONS. Their vision was to bring THE ROCKHEADS to life through an animated series.

Sadly, in 1991 Eric Carr succumbed to cancer. Today he remains a musical force. In 1995, he was inducted into the Walk of Fame. Eric left behind several Rockhead characters and complete story lines for us to enjoy. The Carr Family, along with carious musicians and friends, combined their talents to bring Eric’s vision to fruition. You can now enjoy the Rockheads, through comics, music and many other new product lines.

Come MEET THE ROCKHEADS, each with their own, unique, fun, and sometimes mischievous personalities. They will take you on a journey filled with wild adventures and cool music. Lets just say....

“There is a little bit of THE ROCKHEADS in all of us!”

There will be a special representative of THE ROCKHEADS comics, as well as Eric Carr impersonator Toddorocks attending the July show!

Added guest – Underground Comixxx!

Underground Comixxx is currently comprised of Jabaar Brown, Eric Allen and Piaget Robinson. While all of them have a history of either writing or drawing it wasn’t until they collaborated that all of the pieces fit together and their dream of releasing a comic book became a reality.

Jabaar Brown has been drawing since the age of 6. Jabaar got his artistic start by looking at anatomy books and recreating the pictures. As a child his mother would read him comic books instead of children’s books before he could read them himself. Jabaar has a catalog of characters and a few comic books that he has been working on since high school. Although he could draw he lacked a strong writer to add depth to his characters and story lines.

Eric Shotwell Allen began writing creatively as a teenager. Through his community activism & support of local arts, he met Jabaar and began collaborating with him as a writer and story developer for the Soul Rider book.

In 2009 Jabaar met Piaget Robinson at DCAD where they were both students. Piaget Robinson is an artist from Mt. Vernon, New York. Before enrolling in the Delaware College of Art and Design, he briefly attended NYIT. Piaget rounded out the duo with his computer skills and provided a much more polished look to Soul Riders.

Recently, Ricky Madison from Faithstar Comics has joined the crew as a collaborator involved with scripting and promotion. His previous works included Osiris, Scorpion Saint, and most recently, Soldier Preist.
