Actually, that's a typo and it's #9 not #8 in that Hulk series. I've just fixed it. I mistyped it when transcribing my handwritten notes. Even I would've noticed a #8 and probably added $5 to the lot price.

Thanks. It actually took 20 hours of very tedious work. Including ten hours on my feet in one day going through the boxes. Of course I wouldn't have risked doing all this if I didn't have other uses for the list (like putting them on the bargain basement section of my site or on ebay) later.

This sales thread could be printed out and shown to every garage sale/flea market/craigslist comic seller as proof of what their 'precious collectibles' are really worth.

 

Yeah, kind of shows how on one hand it's a great time to be a collector or reader because there's all kinds of great stuff for totally cheap. On the other hand, it shows just how much product is out there in the last thirty years and how overwhelming it is.

 

I think this thread also shows just what a tremendous job our friends at Lone Star have done in driving down the prices of stuff that is common. It's so easy to buy what you need either on eBay or at $1.10 or $1.30 or $1.70 per comic at Lone Star that I guess despite how comprehensive this thread is, the few dozen active buyers of readers on these boards already have whatever they want from these titles.

Had a guy come by the warehouse today just to preview some nice DC 10-centers but his agreement with his wife is no comic spending until February.
