It's just a devalued second print.

 

Tell that to the seller. He relisted it at $800 again.

 

There's an ASB&R #10 recalled edition 9.8 SS listed on eBay UK for around $650. It's been on there for three years now. Some people never learn.

Unfortunately there will come a time when some mug will buy it and for that price. The guy obviously knows this and is in no hurry to sell. He obviously feels his lucky day will come and I am sorry to say it may well do, which will be a sad day for all except the seller :(
