Shipping is $5 within the US and exact cost to Canada and overseas.

Payment by PayPal. I am not 100%, but I received an email a couple of weeks ago stating that there will be a hold on funds for up to 21 days as of (or after) the 31st... I have no idea why? Perhaps it is because it is an American card and all purchases are made in Canada??? I have to call on Monday... At any rate, if you could kindly pay for items right away, it may save a hassle for me and would be appreciated!
