Not really. The thread went on forever.

 

and kept expanding much like his theory about Earth

 

In the end, he left after several scientists on this forum contended that his theories were bunk. Although that was after about 50 pages.... he didn't really get driven away.

Funnily enough looking at my ever expanding waist line I think his theory may hold some water.
