Side story...

 

Bought an apparent 3.0 off Ebay a couple years back. Turned out to have a couple pages missing from the center (affecting story). The seller took it back claiming he wasn't aware. I believed him because most of his sales were general consignment items with only a couple comics here and there.

 

I was nervous because I dropped $500 on it. About two months after getting the refund, I found someone local who was selling some of his collection. He sold me his Avengers 1 for $500 (his asking price). Sent it in to get graded and scored a 5.5 Blue!

 

Prize of my collection so far!
