And a clean copy too, many are tanned and look dingy because of the light grey cover. I have the Northland copy that is gorgeous but graded a Q8.5 because some knob ripped a full page off. :pullhair:

 

If I had the money I would buy the 5 along with it. Also looks like a nice, clean copy.

To the best of your knowledge, has this book been pressed ?

 

Also, is that a stain on lower right corner of front cover, in the gray area ?

No pressing as far I know I purchased it off the boards graded. CGC classifed that white dot as a stain but I have a strong feeling it resulted from the printers ink.

That's a pretty sweet book. Even so, if CGC thought that was truly a stain it would have been hammered beyond an 8.0 . The book looks 8.5+ish so I suspect they may have treated it as some color loss, less of a hammer than a stain.
