now that the 2.0 on Heritage broke $100k easily (I didn't doubt it for a second that it would be at least $100k), there is no reason to NOT expect the 1.8 to get just as high since it has a nicer eye appeal...the small 0.2 difference in grade might not even be an issue.

 

I am predicting similar price for the 1.8
