Comic Registry Submission Rejected

I picked up this book a couple of weeks ago from a board member.

 

 

When I tried to upload it to my registry I got this response:

Hi Fedoraman, I'm a noob at this and just bought CGC serial number 1035438005, Captain America #1 and wanted to know how can I find out if this is a legitimate comic. Can u guide me through on how I can get this done or what I need to do to validate this? Thank you much in advance. Michael
