He had a Pep #40 in Fine priced at about 4-5 X guide.

 

Ahem, *cough* Zip 33 *cough*

 

 

C'mon now...I ended up selling that for almost 2X guide, and was only asking 3X (which is less than I paid a dealer for it). Those war cover Zips are undervalued in the guide.
