It contains issues 1 through 6

 

It was sent out, one copy per retailer in 2005 or 2006, I cant remember exactly which year. It was basically a thank you gift to retailers for supporting the book in its early stages. I have never been able to get information on how many were produced. They were not made available to the general public, they were sent out to the retailer only.

 

Its difficult to find these still in its original shrink wrap.
