Batman didn't appear until issue #27.

The pre Batman issues are often overlooked and rarely reprinted for that reason.

That would be a great omnibus a'la their new Omnibus format.... 26 issues is perfect, and I'd love to see the old stuff!

 

Those issues are 68 pages each (including covers), so the page count for 26 issues would be 1,768!

Try the Millennium Edition as a sampler.

 

I found it quite unreadable overall, and  I can't imagine trying to wade through 26 issues.  Interesting historically as a snapshot of the period, some early Siegel, Shuster, Flessel, but I don't think an Omnibus would sell many copies.
