Ok, wanted to end on a high note for this thread so I thought I would offer a book that I have owned for a very long time and that you DO NOT see everyday.

 

House of Mystery 50

 

Has the Text of Orson Wells "War of the Worlds Broadcast" as broken out in OSPG

 

I picked this up in the early 90s off a dealer in Winnipeg, Canada and have owned it ever since. Being from that region the book has outstanding page quality off-white / white at worst. No tanning, oxidation or browning of any kind, it is well preserved. There is an accumulation of wear to the spine, staples are solidly attached as is centerfold. It also has great gloss and is well centered.

 

Grade 7.0

 

Price $140 (That is aggressive, but try finding another one in decent shape, it will be a loooong search)
