he put "PICTURE IS A STOCK PHOTO" but eBay has a policy against this b/c I ran it to this before.

I just wrote this to the seller:

 

Um, could you not use my picture of MY comic I sold a day ago? This isn't a 'stock photo'. It's a photo of an acutal graded copy that I have in my hand. If you want to use a 'stock photo', use the regular cover of the comic, not someone elses picture. This can mislead your buyers and my buyer who hasn't paid yet can see this and wonder what is going on. Thank you.
