The story was a little bleh at times and some of the art is bad but when I finished the books I said wow, that was awesome.

Very cool offer. Worth it just for the Allred art alone. For the old schoolers among us, there's a five issue arc homaging/parodying the Avengers/Defenders War, with X-Statix fighting the Avengers. Allred Avengers covers = win.
