I would think the moral of the story is read before posting. By chance the item was removed while you were typing then act like a normal human being and 99.9% of the time the PIFer would most likely put WINNAH when they saw you wanted it.

-If you claim some book(s), you must post your offering within 24 hours

-Only one offer at a time. No new book(s) can be posted until the existing offer has been claimed

-Don't take book(s) if you've got nothing to offer in return

-Ship book(s) quickly so people aren't left hanging. No later than two weeks after someone claims your offer.

This guy missed the post removing the offer offered minutes prior and then was attacked when he was disappointed.

 

Oh you know what, I genuinely don't give a ballsack either way. Every time I try again it's another problem.

I can't believe I am still here... but show me where, in that list of rules, it says it is expressly prohibited from taking down an offer and putting up a different one.

*EDIT* The "one offer at a time" rule is so two or more people aren't posting clashing offers, so that won't work for you in this case.

Really? I am surprised that you would justify his reaction. If he didn't see the post then no big deal. A normal reaction would be to say, "if it is still available I will take it." Not fill the screen with ??? and start internet screaming. How is that acceptable behavior? That is what caused people to "attack" him.
