Ok so I am asking for a liittle help here?

How should I word it Pick 2 of anything or Pick 3 comics not offers that you want would that help?

I will split the postage world wide including Canada?

You guy's been doing this longer than me a little help please I hate getting frustrated thinking my offers are mess and no one claims them.

I really like this thread though some of you think I don't belong here and thats because of what is happenning right now offers have been up for almost a week and no takers.

What do people want? I don't mean price wise I mean do you want modern bronze silver ? Or graded? Keys? What?

Are there issues you are looking for?

(IDEA) Maybe everyone should post what they are looking for to fill the void in there collection I am sure if I had something you needed I would post it not no BIG money book but $10-25 np. if I have it.

I will help you. First, stop thinking about the money issue. Honestly, there are only a few people here that look for that sort of thing and it is obvious when you see them. Think more along the lines of interesting runs, something that is just cool, or even just some trades seem to go quickly. First step, lets put all of your offers in a row in one post if possible. You have some cool stuff in there, but people may not be seeing them.

Yeah, there are always gonna be people looking for dollar offers, but I feel like if you post more of a run your stuff would get taken faster.

A single comic, regardless of how good the story is, is probably going to sit a bit. But if it's say 6-12 issues or what not, that gives somebody an arc or complete story, there's generally more interest. 2c

See there is some good stuff in there that I bet most people never saw. Look, no one here dislikes you personally and you are welcome here. Just don't get so heated over things and dont take things personal. I had a group of offers sit here for a week one time that I thought were awesome and so I understand the little bit of stress that it causes because you do not want to feel like you offer bad stuff. I mixed it up with stuff that I personally did not find as interesting and it was a scramble to see who could grab it first. You just can never tell what people's interests are.

My 2c on what makes an easy and successful PIF offers.

1.) A CGC graded book. If it's modern it probably should be above a 9.4 and ideally of a common popular title (spiderman/xmen/batman/walking dead etc.) I occasionally score a cheap graded 9.4-9.6 from my local comic store, when he gets a book back that was a strike out and didn't come back 9.8 and he just wants to off load it.

2.) A fairly long run of issues of a common/popular title that someone can read. I'd wager someone would even pick up a the first 25 issues in a run of Mcfarlane Spiderman or Jim Lee Xmen, and those are quarter bin books.

3.) TPB's that are starting points. It's going to be hard to sell someone on a Walking Dead vol. 4, 5, and 6 TPB lot. Who only owns vol. 1/2/3? Either you already own them all or you don't. If you're going to offer a TPB it should probably start with vol. 1, or it should be some sort of 1 shot stand alone story.

4.) Raw semi-key or key books in VG- or better grade. I think I gave away a Amazing Spider-man 194 1st Black Cat in VG'ish grade pretty easily here. I doubt that book cost me more than $10 or $15. But it's a semi-key or key book.

5.) Comic swag. Toys, posters, bobble heads, whatever. Comic related stuff that's cool/unique.

6.) Tell people why they might like the item you're offering. Your Bone TPB's probably wouldn't interest me because they're vol. 3 and 4, but who knows, let me know why I'd like to jump into the middle of the series and I might take it. I don't know jack about Bone, educate me.

Oh ya, if all else fails an amazon.com gift card is a solid offer.

Actually some really good stuff in there.Bone is one of the best series ever written and if I didn't have the phone book of it I grab them up.

True fact. Bone is one of the greatest comics of all time. Bar none.

Imagine Carl Barks' ducks crossed with Lord of the Rings. That's Bone.

Dang, I keep hearing about this Bone comic but I have never read it or even seen it. Topcat, if you have Bone 1 and 2 I bet this thing would be claimed within minutes!

I just want to say that regardless of this thread, I've had nothing but pleasant dealings with topcat.

We've talked and traded up comics quite a bit and everything is always on the up and up and he's a super nice guy to talk to.

This thread just seems to have a habit of getting the better of people, but it seems that cooler heads are prevailing and we are all moving on.

And I second what everyone is saying about Bone.

I also think that Batman cover is super cool.
